- Non-Disclosure – La’Finnia Tech Solutions will never resell or share any information supplied to our company with any third party. The information provided will only be used by our design team for the sole purpose of creating your new brand and template design.
- Service – With respect to the web or graphic design package selected, clients are allowed to choose only one design. All designs, concepts, slogans or other materials displayed to the client which are not selected by the client remain the full property of La’Finnia Tech Solutions. Clients can purchase additional logo or other graphic design or add on IF provided within the samples created to fulfill the client’s order for an additional service and design charge to be determined.
- Service Commencing – The designing process will only begin once customer has made a 70% payment from the total of the project costs.
While client shall give the remaining balance of another 30% of the project costs upon the completion of the website. Payment
should be made to Payee: La’Finnia Enterprise (MBB a/c 5686 1202 7861) - The design project is estimate to be complete within 14 to 30 days from the invoice date. This of course depends on the information, data and images that will be provided by the client.
- Payment – All prices listed on La’Finnia quotations and invoices are in Ringgit Malaysia. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work commencing. Clients purchasing La’Finnia’s service must pay for the service either offline (cash bank-in), online (via cash transfer or FPX through our website) only. Clients will be charged as per the invoice given. An invoice will be given to the client once the client has reply to accept the quotation. La’Finnia will email and Whatsapp the client an online receipt or invoice for the transactions paid.
- Design Ownership – All final artwork become the property of the client (only for Website Unique Purchase, Logo Purchase, and Business Digital Design Purchase, Video and Motion Graphic Purchases) having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. La’Finnia Tech Solutions retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.
- Our Disclaimer – The client guarantees that all elements of text furnished to La’Finnia Tech Solutions for inclusion in the graphic samples do not Infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by any other organization worldwide. The client will hold harmless, protect, and defend La’Finnia Tech Solutions and its sister companies and persons involves from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements or designs furnished by the client.
- Project Duration – Client agrees to provide timely responses to La’Finnia after notification of sample completion. The client shall have 7 days to respond to each set design samples submitted to the client for review. If after 7 days the client has failed to respond, La’Finnia Tech Solutions will assume the project completes and the project shall be deemed to be complete. La’Finnia Tech Solutions will have no further obligation to client, and client shall pay La’Finnia Hi-Tech all fees and expenses associated with work performed by La’Finnia Tech Solutions.
- Project Termination -La’Finnia Tech Solutions reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate client’s access to all or a portion of the service, at any time, with or without prior notice. In the event of such termination, La’Finnia Tech Solutions will work with client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to client as a result of such termination. Should client’s use of the service result from client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, client shall not be entitled to any refund.
- La’Finnia Tech Solutions is an online brand name for La’Finnia Enterprise.
